Shipping & Returns

Please take care when opening and leave labels attached. For reasons of hygiene underwear items can only be returned in accordance with your legal rights, or if packaging is unopened or any seals remain intact. Goods should be returned to the address above in a well packaged box and include a covering note detailing your purchase with the items and your name, address and purchase invoice number. Alternatively you can enclose a copy of your invoice. If you no longer have the purchase invoice number then we will be able to find your record from an approximate date of purchase and your address at the time you bought the item. You will be responsible for the cost of returning goods for exchange or refund, if a replacement or swap such as different size is required we will dispatch the replacement goods free of charge.

if you find the products with quality problems (Non-human factors or non-resistant external damage), it can be returned and replaced. You need to send back to us the products in original package. When we receive the products sent back exactly, we will replace it with new ones and ship them back to you again. We will pay the shipping fees for the replaced products that we ship to you. 

Any items must be sent back complete with the original package. All packages should be sent via a trackable method. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit. Please pay attention to that the original shipping charges are non-refundable. So please contact us with all your questions and concerns before placing your order.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. We do not cover the shipping cost of returns or exchanges of right order package, you will be responsible for the shipping and handling costs. Additionally, we recommend that you add tracking and insurance for your own protection, as we cannot be responsible for lost shipments. All returned merchandise should be sent to the shipping address we email you after you get contact us!
